“The fate of the
Cart hangs with the horse,
The horse-man
has to fulfill the need of the horse hence
To reach his goal
in safe and sooner!”
“Thou should please
those who care for thee,
Else you will
entangle in troubles"

If you want to be happy at the least you
should keep happy those on whom you are dependent. For example, the carts-man
has to keep the horse happy in order to have a safe and fast journey. If he
fails to keep the horse happy, if the horse is in troubles naturally the journey
will not be happy.
The children are dependent on their parents.
If the children can keep their parents happy – in turn the parents will keep
their children happy. Similarly, the employee has to satisfy his/her employer
so that the employer in turn would keep the employee happy. This holds good for
any relationship and the Newton’s third law applies here too, how one entity
acts on the other will determine how the other entity will react on the first
entity.
In order to maintain a happy relationship,
the two entities involved should do minor sacrifices in order to make the other
entity happy and this is a sort of ‘win-win’ proposal. If it is not there - definitely
the relationship would be strained. Trust should be there on each other and
respect too should be there. Unless there is trust there is no question of birth
of love and unless there is love the relationship can’t be happy. Unless there
is happiness – no relationship can continue.
We the people are dependent on the nature. So,
if we disturb the nature then naturally nature will disturb us and we have to
suffer. What we are doing is the same these days. Knowingly or unknowingly we
the people are spoiling the nature in one or the other way. We are polluting
the air, water, soil, oceans – and naturally we have to suffer due to this and
we are suffering as a consequence. As the famous proverb goes: “whatever you
sow that shall you reap”, now a days we are throwing dirt on the nature and as
a consequence the nature is pushing us towards problem in different ways –
through Earth quakes, foods, tsunamis, draught, over rains, etc.,
So, the simple rule for being happy is to
keep others happy. If you spoil the happiness of others, then naturally
according to the law of actions [the karma siddhanth of Hinduism], which is
similar to the third law of Newton, you will get sorrow and suffering in
return.
